CUA20420 – Certificate II in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cultural Arts Face to Face Training Free Job Readiness Program Free First Aid Certificate Register
This qualification reflects the role of entry-level community services workers who support individuals through the provision of person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings or support the implementation of specific community-based programs. At this level, work takes place under the direction of others, and supervision may be direct or indirect. Work may take place in a range of community services organisations
Residential Support Worker, Community care worker, Client Contact, Weekend Recreational Activities Officer, Welfare Support Worker, Support Worker (Community Services), Neighbourhood Centre Worker, Youth Worker, Youth Housing Support Worker.
After successful completion of this qualification, students may have the opportunity to progress into CHC52015 – Diploma of Community Services or CHC52115 – Diploma of Community Development.
Students are required to have access to a computer with suitable word processing software and will require access to the internet for research purposes.
Credit may be assigned for the recognition of equivalence in content and learning outcomes between different types of learning and/or qualifications. Credit reduces the amount of learning required to achieve a qualification.

Students applying to access Certificate 3 Guarantee funded places will be required to meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the funding program.
Certificate 3 Guarantee Funding Eligibility
Workplace Based – offered in Brisbane, classroom and workplace based (combination of training and assessment delivery methods, including written assessment, portfolio of evidence, logbook and practical
RPL – offered in Australia, external based (combination of assessment of written evidence, practical observation and competency conversations), duration and fees will be determined by quality of evidence submitted and amount of gap training required.
