Founded in 2009, the Australian Skills Management Institute (ASMI) has grown into an international school with a strong global presence.

Libraries in Brisbane

Brisbane City Council has 33 libraries located across Brisbane. You can view library locations, opening hours and library facilities information on their website www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/facilities-recreation/libraries.

Library membership is free to anyone who lives, works or studies in Brisbane.  To join, visit a library and show proof of your current address and photo ID or proof of signature. You must agree to the terms and conditions of library membership.

The State Library of Queensland is not affiliated with Council. Visit the State Library of Queensland website slq.qld.gov.au to find out about their services.

To access their collections and services complete the online registration form for immediate access. If you wish to borrow you can upgrade your membership, by visiting the library and presenting photographic ID and ID confirming your residential status.

To become a member you need to complete an application form and provide proof of identity, including your current permanent address details. Complete and submit the form online or drop in to one of their branches to sign up. Library membership is free if you live in NSW.
